Transformational Leadership in School

Abstract
There are clearly many styles of leadership that can be implemented in organization, such as transformational leadership. Transformational leadership brings ourselves changes within the people who involved in and or a whole of the organizations to achieve hinger level in performance. This paper shows an alternative framework of transformational leadership implementations in school that can improve students' outcomes (the academic competencies-skills and non academic competencies-skills). These learning outcomes should be acquired completely by every student as the result of the education process and the learning activities. Hopefully yhe outcomes provide what the students need for their future life.
