Organizational Cultural Change In Technological Innovations


In the last decade, competitors of an organization were the organizations operated in the same industrial sector and geographic region. Yet, in today’s business world, the situation is changed. Organizations are competing with competitors around the world. The geographical boundary is tended to be relegated, inasmuch as the profound effect on the use of technologies. Organizations have to improve their efficiency and shorten their response time to markets. It is widely accepted that technological innovations are providing guidance to organizations to achieve their goals. In fact, cultural inertia makes organizations fail to defend themselves against competitors and result in profits erosion. A past study has consolidated an extensive list of critical organizational culture factors and identified relationships between the critical culture factors and innovativeness of organizations.
